Yes, about equally. I don't do rentals or commercial property, only buying and selling homes.
What areas do you cover?
Richmond Hill, Pooler, Savannah, Rincon, Tybee Island, Wilmington Island, and the smaller towns around them: Guyton, Springfield, Brooklet, Statesboro, Hinesville, Midway and Townsend.
What price range do you sell in?
Most of my sales are between $200,000 and $1 million. My average sale is about $361,000, and I've closed everything from a $40,000 lot to $1.85 million.
