I sell across the Savannah area: Chatham, Bryan and Effingham counties, and the coast. Here's what I tell buyers about each town.
Richmond Hill
I'm from here. A coastal town with a small-town feel and a real sense of community, and it's growing. About 25 minutes to the airport and Pooler on I-95, 35 to 40 to downtown Savannah, and a short drive to Fort Stewart. The schools are a big reason families pick Richmond Hill.
Pooler
If you want to be in the middle of everything, this is it. All the shopping and restaurants, and it's still growing. Fifteen minutes to downtown, right at I-16 and I-95, and minutes from the airport. Newer construction and a lot of new-build neighborhoods.
Savannah
Historic District, Ardsley Park, Midtown, the Southside, Georgetown. Price and character vary block by block. Brooker's take.
Rincon
Effingham County, north of Pooler on Highway 21. Lower prices, larger lots, Effingham schools. Brooker's take.
Tybee Island
The beach, 20 minutes east of downtown. Second homes, short-term rentals, and full-timers who want to hear the ocean. Brooker's take.
Wilmington Island
Between Savannah and Tybee. Waterfront and marsh-front homes, established neighborhoods, boat access. Brooker's take.

Questions I get asked
Do you work in Bryan County?
Yes. Richmond Hill is where I do a lot of my business.
Do you help military families moving to Fort Stewart or Hunter?
Yes. PCS moves are a big part of what I do, and I know the timelines.
Do you sell on the islands?
Yes: Tybee, Wilmington, Whitemarsh and Skidaway.
