The Brooker Sauers Group, Keller Williams Call or text (912) 660-9382

Hi, I'm Brooker.

Realtor, problem solver, boy mom, Basset Hound lover, and someone who genuinely loves working with people.

I've spent the last 7 years in real estate, but my experience with homes and people started long before that. Before becoming a Realtor, I spent 10 years in property management, and before that, I was a flight attendant. So, to put it simply: I know houses, and I know people. And I've learned how to stay calm when things don't exactly go according to plan.

For me, real estate has always been about more than buying and selling houses. It's about the people behind them.

I want my clients to feel comfortable with me from the very beginning, like we've known each other since high school. Ask me the questions. Tell me what you're worried about. Send me the random text. Be real with me, and I promise I'll be real with you.

Buying or selling a home can be stressful, especially when you're juggling everything else life throws at you. One of my biggest strengths is being able to think several steps ahead. After years in this business, I've learned to recognize potential problems early, put out fires before they become fires, and find creative solutions when something unexpected comes our way.

I'm a big believer in thinking outside the box and getting things done. Every client, home, and transaction is different, and sometimes getting from Point A to the closing table takes creativity, persistence, connections, and a little bit of humor along the way.

I'm also going to tell you the truth. I won't tell you what you want to hear just to get a listing or make a sale. Whether we're discussing what your home is really worth, what you should or shouldn't spend money fixing, whether an offer makes sense, or whether you should walk away from a property, my job is to give you the information and advice I would want someone to give me.

When I'm not working in real estate, I'm a boy mom and a serious Basset Hound lover, so life outside of real estate is rarely quiet or boring either.

At the end of the day, I want my clients to feel like they have someone they trust in their corner. Someone who knows the market, answers the phone, anticipates the problems, finds the solution, keeps things moving, and hopefully makes the process a little more fun along the way.

Real estate is personal. I think your Realtor should be, too.

Questions I get asked

Are you a full-time agent?

Yes. Real estate is my only job, and I close around 40 homes a year.

Do you work alone or with a team?

You work with me. I'm the one who answers the phone, shows the house, writes the offer and sits at the closing table.

Are you a veteran or military spouse?

No. My grandfather was a US Army lieutenant colonel, and I work with a lot of military families relocating to Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, but I'm not a veteran myself.

Thinking about buying or selling?
